Cellplex Pty Ltd specialises in providing life-saving heart-lung machines and ancillary products to leading hospitals across Australia and New Zealand. After a management buy-out a couple of years earlier, we were seeking a strategy that would eventually see us become the dominant market player, with 60% market share. Part of our strategy involved recruiting a new Salesperson to our team. More than a Salesperson, we wanted someone who could assist us to really differentiate us from our competitors and increase our value add to the client relationship and create real competitive advantage.
